Vancouver is a city surrounded by nature with the ocean, beaches, forests, and mountains all within reach. Whether you’re planning a full wedding celebration or a more intimate elopement, it’s a place where you can move easily between the energy of the city and quiet moments outdoors.

One of my favourite things about Vancouver is how easy it is to escape into nature. From exploring the North Shore Mountains to catching the ferry to the Sunshine Coast or Vancouver Island, adventure is always close by. The city is full of beautiful hidden spots perfect for weddings and elopements, from Stanley Park and Kitsilano Beach to mountaintop views at Grouse Mountain. I also love photographing couples in places that already feel meaningful to them like sunset picnics, favourite trails, beach walks, or evenings spent with their dogs at the beach.
